Fig bruschette: a tasty and unique appetizer!

Figs, prosciutto, and warm toasted bread: there is nothing better than that as a tasty and colorful starter!INGREDIENTS
sliced bread
prosciutto
stracchino cheese
figs
honey
DIRECTIONS
Slice the bread into 2cm thick slices and top with some olive oil and rosemary. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes. Spread Stracchino cheese on each slice. Place a slice of prosciutto over the cheese and then place a fig (sliced in half) on top. You can add some honey if you like.
