FIG BREAD: just BLEND all the ingredients to obtain a SOFT and FRAGRANT cake! 🤯

INGREDIENTS
300g of figs
3 eggs
130ml (1/2 cup) of milk
90ml (1/2 cup) of vegetable oil
1 lemon (zest)
Vanilla extract
190g (1 cup) of sugar
16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
360g (3 cups) of all-purpose flour
For decoration:
Figs
Almond flakes
METHOD
1. Cut the figs into pieces and transfer them to the food processor. Blend until smooth.
2. Add the eggs, milk, oil, lemon (zest), vanilla essence, sugar, baking powder, and flour until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into the cake mold (24cm - mold size). Add the fig pieces and almond flakes on top and transfer to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 45 minutes.
4. Transfer the cake to the serving dish after baking, cut a slice, and serve.
