Orange cake: soft and fragrant to prepare in an instant!

Just blend all the ingredients together to make a great cake in a few steps! 

INGREDIENTS
2 Oranges
120ml (1/2 cup) of Milk
80ml (1/3 cup) of Oil
3 Eggs
190g (1 cup) of Sugar
250g (2 cups) of Flour
16g (1 1/8 tbsp) of Baking powder
Powdered sugar

METHOD
  1. Cut the oranges into small pieces and transfer them to the bowl.
  2. Add the milk, oil, and mix with a mixer until the orange pieces are finely chopped and the mixture is mixed well.
  3. Add the eggs, sugar and mix with the mixer. Sift the flour, baking powder and mix again with the mixer until all is well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 175°C/347°F for 35 minutes. Decorate with powdered sugar and orange slices.
