Orange roll: the soft dessert perfect for breakfasts and snacks!

INGREDIENTS:
Cake:
• 50ml / 1.7oz milk
• 50g butter
• 80g / 2/3 cup flour (all purpose)
• 1 egg
• 3 egg yolks
• 20ml / 0.7oz warm milk
• 3 egg white
• 80g / 0.4 cup sugar
• 1 tsp orange extract
• 400ml / 13.5oz water
• 1 orange
• 300g / 1.5 cups sugar
Cream:
• 100g cream cheese
• 30ml / 1oz condensed milk
• 15g sugar
• 15g butter
• 10ml lemon juice
• 180g whipped cream
PREPARATION:
- Mix water with sugar and orange slices. Boil. Arrange the orange slices in a dish with parchment paper.
- Mix milk with butter and bring to a boil. Add flour and brew. Add yolks, 1 egg and mix.
- Beat whites with sugar, add orange extract and beat until peaks. Add warm milk to the dough. Mix.
- Add whipped egg whites and stir. Pour the dough into a mold over orange slices.
- Bake in water bath for 50 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
- Mix all the ingredients for the cream.
- Grease the prepared cake with orange syrup. Put the cream in the middle and form a roll.
- Chill for 12 hours
