Orange roll: the soft dessert perfect for breakfasts and snacks!

INGREDIENTS:
 
 Cake:
 • 50ml / 1.7oz milk
 • 50g butter
 • 80g / 2/3 cup flour (all purpose)
 • 1 egg
 • 3 egg yolks
 • 20ml / 0.7oz warm milk
 • 3 egg white
 • 80g / 0.4 cup sugar
 • 1 tsp  orange extract
 
 • 400ml / 13.5oz water
 • 1 orange
 • 300g / 1.5 cups sugar
 
  Cream:
 • 100g cream cheese
 • 30ml / 1oz condensed milk
 • 15g sugar
 • 15g butter
 • 10ml lemon juice
 • 180g whipped cream
 
PREPARATION:
 
  1.  Mix water with sugar and orange slices.  Boil.  Arrange the orange slices in a dish with parchment paper.
  2.  Mix milk with butter and bring to a boil.  Add flour and brew.  Add yolks, 1 egg and mix. 
  3. Beat whites with sugar, add orange extract and beat until peaks.  Add warm milk to the dough.  Mix. 
  4. Add whipped egg whites and stir.  Pour the dough into a mold over orange slices. 
  5. Bake in water bath for 50 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
  6. Mix all the ingredients for the cream.
  7. Grease the prepared cake with orange syrup.  Put the cream in the middle and form a roll. 
  8. Chill for 12 hours
