Sweet braids: perfect for a snack!

Perfect for a delicious breakfast!
INGREDIENTS

100ml (1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) warm water;
80g (⅓ cup) condensed milk;
7g dry yeast;
5g (½ tbsp) sugar;
250g (1 ½ cup) all-purpose flour;
25g (2 tbsp) butter;
¼ tsp salt;

METHOD
- Whisk water with condensed milk, sugar, and yeast. Separately combine flour and salt.
- Mix dry and wet ingredients until the dough forms. Set the dough aside for 10 minutes, then knead with soft butter.
- Set the dough aside for 1 hour, then cut into 6 pieces and roll each one out into a rectangle.
- Spread butter on top of each piece of dough and roll tightly.
- Cut the roll in the middle in half lengthwise, then braid as shown in the video.
- Set the pieces of bread aside until doubled in size, then brush with egg wash and bake at 190°C/375°F for 20 minutes.
