Olive braids: delicious to make and super tasty

INGREDIENTS
320g (2 3/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
12g of fresh yeast
190ml (3/4 cup) of water
8g (1/2 tbsp) of salt
15ml (1 1/4 tbsp) of olive oil
Black olives
Green olives

METHOD
1. In a bowl add the flour, fresh yeast, and water and mix with the fingers. Add the salt and olive oil and knead until the dough absorbs oil and salt and obtains a smooth dough. Cover with cling film and let it rise for 90 minutes.
2. After time has elapsed transfer the dough on a working surface and cut it into strips.
3. Place the black and green olives and make the braid shape. Repeat the process with all other strips.
4. Transfer olive braids to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and cover with cloth. Let them rise for 40 minutes.
5. After 40 minutes brush the braids with olive oil and transfer to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
6. Serve olive braids all together on a serving plate.
