Pizza braid

Ingredients:
300 g pizza dough
250 g grated mozzarella
150 g chopped pepperoni
50 g melted butter
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp chopped parsley
50 g parmesan
Pizza sauce for dipping

Method:
Divide dough into 3 balls and roll them as in the video.
Stuff it with cheese and pepperoni and seal it well.
Make the braid.
Combine butter, garlic and parsley and use this mixture to cover the braid and sprincle it with parmesan.
Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
