Pizza Bundt

Ingredients:
750g Pizza Dough.
350g Pizza Sauce.
400g Salami (different types and flavours are good).
300g Mozzarella Cheese Slices.
Garlic Butter: Melted.
300g Cheddar Cheese Slices.
 
Instructions:
Roll out the pizza dough so that it is approximately 50cm by 60cm.
Spoon over the pizza sauce and spread to cover the pizza dough.
Add half of the salami to the top of the pizza base.
Layer the cheese over the salami to cover the pizza dough.
Now roll your dough to form a long pizza ‘sausage’.
Brush the inside of a 25cm bundt tin with garlic butter and lay in the pizza ‘sausage’.
Brush the base with more garlic butter.
Bake at 180°C or 350°F for 35 minutes.
Turn out the pizza bundt and then layer over the cheddar cheese slices.
Place under the broiler and then broil on high for 3-5 minutes.
Arrange the remaining salami and serve.
