Ricotta stuffed crust pizza: here’s how to make pizza even better!

There's nothing tastier than ricotta (or other ingredients) stuffed crust pizza!
INGREDIENTS
pizza dough
200g ricotta cheese
ham
provola cheese
pizza dough

tomato puree
oregano
olive oil
mozzarella
basil

mozzarella

DIRECTIONS
1. Roll out the dough and fill it with ricotta, ham and provola cheese.
2. Roll up the dough and make two ‘ropes’. These will be the stuffed crust of your pizza.
3. Place the stuffed rolls over the remaining dough and cover the center with tomato puree and olive oil.
4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
5. Top with mozzarella and bake for an additional 10 minutes at 180°C.
6. Serve hot.
