How to make a delicious and crunchy pizza at home in a few steps!
INGREDIENTS

500g flour 0
300ml water
1g fresh yeast
13g salt
cheese
tomato sauce
basil
METHOD
1. Start by dissolving the yeast in water. Gradually add the flour and then the salt. Knead until smooth and let it rise for at least 4 hours. Then let it rise in the fridge for 10 hours.
2. Shape the dough into a pizza.
3. Add the tomato sauce and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
4. Top with basil and cheese and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
