Pizza pops: a tasty starter that is ready in no time!

Ingredients:2 cups flour;
¼ tsp salt;
2 tsp dry yeast;
2 tbsp olive oil;
½ cup warm water;
mozzarella, salami, tomato sauce, olives for serving.
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C/400 F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, layer popsicle sticks on top.
Mix flour, yeast, salt, olive oil and water. Knead the dough until smooth and leave to proof in a warm place for an hour.
Roll out the dough and cut into about 5 cm/2-inch wide rounds. Gather the scraps and re-roll the dough making more pizza rounds.
Layer every pizza round over the popsicle stick, top with tomato sauce, salami, cheese and olives.
Bake for 10 minutes and serve warm.
