Bruschetta baskets: a tasty starter that is ready in no time!

A unique and tasty alternative to the traditional bruschetta. You have to try it!

INGREDIENTS

sandwich bread
cherry tomatoes
olive oil, as needed
salt, as needed
basil
oregano

DIRECTIONS
Flatten a slice of sandwich bread by using a rolling pin. Once the slice has become nice and thin, press it into a muffin pan cup. Bake at 190°C for about 10 minutes, until the bread becomes crispy. Fill the baskets with cherry tomatoes seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper, and basil.
