Stuffed potato baskets: here’s how to prepare them using a glass!

Simply place a glass on the potato mixture to make these tasty baskets, then fill them with something a little different.
INGREDIENTS
salt
pepper
400g boiled potatoes
parsley
50g bacon
cheese
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
4 egg yolks

DIRECTIONS
1. Mash the potatoes, add the seasonings, bacon and cheese.
2. Mix in the breadcrumbs and place the mixture on some parchment paper.
3. Cut out circles using a glass. Cover them in breadcrumbs and use the bottom of the glass to shape them into baskets.
4. Place an egg yolk in the center of each basket.
5. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
6. Serve hot!
