Potato baskets

INGREDIENTS
Baskets
3 cooked and mashed potatoes
2 tbsp butter (melted)
salt and pepper to taste
Meat stuffing
200 g minced pork
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
salt and pepper to taste
Shrimp stuffing
200 g shrimps
3 tbsp heavy cream
1 tbsp chipotle sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Decoration
cheese, tomato sauce and basil leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
First make the potato baskets by combining all ingredients from the list.
Divide potato mixture in muffin thins and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
It is time to make meat stuffing by heating up the oil in a pan. Then add minced meat, salt and pepper. When meat is almost done add raisins and walnuts.
In a bawl combine together all of the ingredients for shrimp stuffing and stir it well.
Fill the baskets with prepared stuffings. Top meat baskets with tomato sauce and cheese, while shrimp baskets only need cheese on top of it.
Bake it for three minutes, or till cheede is melted.
Enjoy.
