Pancetta baskets with a surprise: a fun and easy recipe!

DIRECTIONS
Cover a ramekin with long slices of pancetta, carefully pour an egg into the pancetta basket. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the pancetta is crispy and the egg is cooked, and serve hot!
