Fruit basket: a surprising dessert ready in a few steps!

Here's an incredible idea to surprise your guests!

Tart dough:
Bowl size 19 cm * 13 cm * 4 cm oval plate
Flour 00 250 g
Unsalted butter 150g
50ml of water
6 g sugar
1 pinch salt
1 yolk
Strawberry Compote:
200 g strawberries
60 g sugar
1/2 lemon
Vanilla condensed milk cream:
Yolk 2
30 g sugar
10 g cake flour
5g corn starch
200ml milk (6.7oz)
Vanilla extract ½ tsp
25 g white chocolate
30g condensed milk
140g whipped cream
1 yolk
1 tsp milk
METHOD
- Add yolk, sugar, and saltwater, mix well and keep refrigerated. Mix the strong powder and powerful powder and sieve. Add chopped cold unsalted butter to sifted flour and divide it into small pieces. Add the cold egg mixture and mix it like 11 characters. - Make strawberry compote. Fold three times. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

- Add cream and strawberry compote and decorate with fruit.
