Stuffed baskets: a delicious idea to surprise your guests!

INGREDIENTS

400g (3.2 cups) flour (all purpose)
1 tsp salt
235ml (1 cup) water
1 egg
50g (0.22 cup) butter
½ tsp paprika
Cheese
1 Zucchini
2 carrots
1 bow
1 chicken breast
Oil
1 tbsp starch
235ml (1 cup) water
2 tbsp soy sauce
METHOD
- Mix flour, salt, egg, water and knead the dough. Divide the dough into four portions and roll out the cakes. Use the shape to cut out the circles. Grease half of the cakes with butter and paprika and cover with unlubricated cakes. Form baskets with a glass. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
- Fry the onion in a pan, then fry the chopped zucchini and carrots. Fry the sliced chicken breast. Then add vegetables, soy sauce, starch with water and peanuts. Bring to readiness. Put the prepared filling in baskets, sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
