Chocolate ball: the incredible idea to surprise your guests!

INGREDIENTS

200g (1 cup) milk chocolate, chopped or in chips

2 brownies, prepared as desired

Strawberries and blackberries to serve

Ice cream, to serve

hazelnut grain, to serve

200g dark chocolate 70% cacao higher, chopped (1 cup)

METHOD

Melt milk chocolate in a water bath. Pour it into the plastic ball and freeze for an hour.
Make a hole from below.
Put the chocolate ball on the brownie, ice cream and blackberries. Decorate it with strawberries and pour hot chocolate on the ball (you can add some heavy cream to it).
