Chocolate cakes: a delicious dessert to surprise your guests!

Rich in chocolate flavor with a tender-moist crumb, and fluffy with the perfect amount of sweetness. This is what chocolate dreams are made of!

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs

80g (0.7 cup) icing sugar

245ml (1 cup) milk

110ml (1/2 cup) oil

250g (2 cups) flour (all purpose)

3 tbsp cocoa

10g baking powder

80g chocolate

100ml / 3.4oz cream

80g chocolate

Powdered sugar

METHOD

Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer. Add milk and butter. Beat. Add melted chocolate and whisk. Add flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix. Pour the dough into a muffin tin. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
Sprinkle the finished muffins with icing sugar and pour over the prepared chocolate sauce.
