Fruit pudding: the fresh dessert for surpise your guests!

How to make an easy dessert to surprise your guests!

INGREDIENTS
1 apple, chopped
1 banana, sliced
2 kiwi, chopped
8 strawberries, chopped
15ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
250ml (1 cup) cold milk (to dissolve pudding)
750ml (3 cups) milk
2 packs creme caramel pudding
5-6 biscuits
 
METHOD
  1.  In a saucepan, dissolve 2 packs of pudding in a cup/250 ml of cold milk.
  2.  Set the saucepan over medium heat and pour in the remaining milk. Cook stirring constantly for 2 minutes, or until the pudding becomes thick. Set aside to cool a bit.
  3.  While the pudding mixture is cooling, chop an apple, kiwis and strawberries, slice a banana.
  4.  Drizzle fruits with lemon juice and transfer them to the angel food or bundt cake pan.
  5.  Crush each biscuit in half and place it on top of the fruits.
  6.  Pour pudding mixture over the fruits and biscuits. Cover the cake pan with plastic wrap and transfer to the fridge to chill for at least 1-2 hours.
  7.  When the pudding has set, unmold it carefully, slice and enjoy!
