Strawberry pudding: your solution for a fresh and delicious break!

Easy, fresh and delicious!

For the pudding:
250 g (1 1/4 cups) frozen strawberries
250 g (1 cup) strawberry yogurt
500ml (2 cups) milk
25 g (2 tbsp) sugar
30 g (4 tbsp) cornstarch
a pinch of vanillin
For the decoration:
4 fresh strawberries
METHOD
- Let frozen strawberries sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
- Pour milk into a saucepan, add sugar, cornstarch and vanillin and whisk to dissolve.
- Cook obtained mixture on low heat for 5 minutes or until thickened. Let cool.
- Cut strawberries into halves, add yogurt and process with the immersion blender until smooth.
Add cooled milk mixture to the same bowl and continue to blend for 2 more minutes or until homogeneous. - Divide between serving glasses or bowls and chill for at least 1 hour.
- When ready to serve, decorate with strawberry roses: place the blade of the knife on the middle section of the strawberry. Make a cut straight down and gently push this “petal” outwards. Repeat to create 4-5 petals. In a similar manner create the second row of petals. Finish the rose by cutting a slit down the tip of the strawberry.
