Strawberry pudding: the delicate dessert with a unique taste!

INGREDIENTS
300g (1 1/4 cup) sour cream
300g (1 1/4 cup) yogurt
80g (1/3 cup) sugar
10g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
20g (4 tsp) gelatin
45ml (3 tbsp) water (to dissolve gelatin)
700g strawberries
METHOD
- Wash the strawberries and discard the greens.
- Dissolve gelatin in water and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Cut the top of a PET bottle and put the strawberries inside.
- In a bowl mix sour cream, yogurt, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Add gelatin and beat with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the cream mixture over strawberries. Cover the bottle with plastic wrap and transfer to the fridge to chill overnight.
- When set, make 4 long cuts on the sides of the bottle and take the pudding out.
- Place the pudding onto a cutting board and slice.
- Serve pudding slices on a plate garnished with some more strawberries.
