Chicken legs: the delicate dish with a unique taste!

An incredible recipe to cook chicken!
INGREDIENTS

4 pieces of chicken legs
200g of mixed mushrooms
50g (1/2 cup) of emmental cheese
1 egg yolk
20g (1/4 cup) of grated parmesan cheese
50g (1/2 cup) of breadcrumbs
Thyme
30ml (1/4 cup) of olive oil
20g (1 1/2 tbsp) of butter
1 clove of garlic
130ml (1/2 cup) of white wine
150ml (3/4 cup) of chicken broth
Salt
Pepper
200g of mixed mushrooms
50g (1/2 cup) of emmental cheese
1 egg yolk
20g (1/4 cup) of grated parmesan cheese
50g (1/2 cup) of breadcrumbs
Thyme
30ml (1/4 cup) of olive oil
20g (1 1/2 tbsp) of butter
1 clove of garlic
130ml (1/2 cup) of white wine
150ml (3/4 cup) of chicken broth
Salt
Pepper
METHOD
- In a bowl add and mushrooms, cheese, egg yolk, parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper and add half a teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves. Stir with a fork to mix all the ingredients.
- Add two or three tablespoons of mushroom and cheese filling on each thigh, close them tightly and tie them carefully with kitchen string.
In a pan add the oil, melt the butter, and brown the unpeeled garlic for a few seconds. Add the chicken legs and brown them on both sides until they take on color. - Add the wine and let it evaporate. Pour in the chicken broth, add ground pepper, one or two sprigs of thyme, season with salt and cook until the meat is tender.
