Pastry chicken legs: a unique and delicious recipe!

Just wrap the chicken legs with the dough, the result is amazing!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 6 chicken legs
• salt
• chili pepper
• paprika
• turmeric
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp cream cheese
Dough:
• 250g flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 egg
• 150g sour cream
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
METHOD
- Marinate the chicken legs. Bake for 40 minutes at 180C.
- For the dough: Mix all dry ingredients, then in another bowl, mix egg, sour cream and butter. Knead the dough.
- Cut the meat into small pieces. Add cream cheese. Mix.
- Form the dough and divide it into portions. Make a cake and add minced meat in the middle. In the center, we insert a bone. We roll the dough around the bone in the form of a bag. Wrap the bones with foil. Grease the dough with an egg. Bake for 20 minutes at 180C/350F.
