Pastry chicken legs: a unique and delicious recipe!

Just wrap the chicken legs with the dough, the result is amazing! 

INGREDIENTS
• 6 chicken legs
• salt
• chili pepper
• paprika
• turmeric
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp cream cheese
 
Dough:
• 250g flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 egg
• 150g sour cream
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
 
METHOD
  1. Marinate the chicken legs. Bake for 40 minutes at 180C.
  2. For the dough: Mix all dry ingredients, then in another bowl, mix egg, sour cream and butter. Knead the dough.
  3. Cut the meat into small pieces. Add cream cheese. Mix.
  4. Form the dough and divide it into portions. Make a cake and add minced meat in the middle. In the center, we insert a bone. We roll the dough around the bone in the form of a bag. Wrap the bones with foil. Grease the dough with an egg. Bake for 20 minutes at 180C/350F.
