Puff pastry chicken legs: easy, quick and delicious!

A fun idea to make a delicious meal that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
Chicken drumsticks 8 pieces

Salt

Pepper

1/3 tsp ground coriander

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cumin

3-4 tbsp soy sauce

Slightly fried frying oil

Mayonnaise

Tomato

Grated cheese

1 pack Puff pastry

1 egg

sesame seeds

METHOD

Make holes in the meat with a fork. Season with salt, pepper. Add all other spices. Cool for 1-2 hours. In a pan a little vegetable oil, and fry. Wrap the bone in foil.
Divide puff pastry into 8 parts. Put the drumstick in the dough, grease with mayonnaise, add tomato, cheese and wrap the dough in a bag. Put on a baking sheet, grease with an egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180C/350F for 40-45 min
