Puff pastry meatballs bundles: easy, quick and tasty!

Tender, juicy meatballs, wrapped in puff pastry make a delicious main dish or appetizer for a dinner party!
 
INGREDIENTS
800g of puff pastry
450g of minced meat
Onion
Salt
Pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Quick and easy preparation, a perfectly delicious meal. Fry onions in oil and add meat, salt and pepper. Mix the meat until it is finely browned.
  2. Roll out the dough, cut it into cubes, then cut off the edges of the dough. Place the meat in the middle and close the ends of the dough.
  3. Make crosses on the surface of the balls and coat with the egg and milk mixture.
  4. Bake at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
