Puff pastry meatballs bundles: easy, quick and tasty!

Tender, juicy meatballs, wrapped in puff pastry make a delicious main dish or appetizer for a dinner party!
INGREDIENTS
800g of puff pastry
450g of minced meat
Onion
Salt
Pepper
METHOD
- Quick and easy preparation, a perfectly delicious meal. Fry onions in oil and add meat, salt and pepper. Mix the meat until it is finely browned.
- Roll out the dough, cut it into cubes, then cut off the edges of the dough. Place the meat in the middle and close the ends of the dough.
- Make crosses on the surface of the balls and coat with the egg and milk mixture.
- Bake at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
