Puff pastry spoons: easy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
2 rectangular puff pastry sheets
1 egg
60ml milk
125g smoked salmon
100g cream cheese
White sesame seeds, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
1. Take two sheets of puff pastry and slightly press them together.
2. Place a spoon on the pastry and cut out its shape with a knife.
3. Remove the excess pastry, brush with egg yolk mixed with milk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4. Place the spoon shapes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes.
6. Fill the spoon shapes as you like, for example with cream cheese and smoked salmon.
7. Serve the spoon shapes and enjoy!
