Meatballs skewers with puff pastry: you'll want to make them today!

There's a mouthful of flavour in every bite!

350g ground beef

1 egg
salt
pepper
milk
breadcrumbs
parmesan
puff pastry
METHOD
1. Preheat your oven to 200C/400F.
2. Season ground beef with salt, pepper, egg, parmesan and add breadcrumbs. Roll minced meat
into meatballs.
3. Make ropes from pieces of puff pastry. You can make them as thin or as thick as you like,
keeping in mind that they will puff up in the oven.
4. Skewer pizza dough ropes and meatballs, wrapping the puff pastry around meat.
5. Bake for 35 minutes at 180Β° and serve hot with your favorite sauce.
