Meat and puff pastry skewers: it will become a family favorite!

There's a mouthful of flavour in every bite! 

INGREDIENTS
• 500g ground beef
• 1 egg
• 1 red onion
•salt 
•pepper
• 12 cherry tomatoes
• 12 mozzarella balls
• 2 sheets of puff pastry
• 1 egg yolk
• 250g Greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ½ lemon juice
• rosemary
• 1 tsp. mustard
• parsley
•Salt and pepper
 
METHOD
1. Mix minced meat, egg, chopped onion, salt and pepper
2. String 2 cherry tomatoes and 2 mozzarella balls on skewers.
3. Wrap each kebab with meat and place on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
4. Cut 12 slices along the length of the puff pastry. Wrap 2 slices around each skewer, anoint with egg yolk.
5. Sprinkle with rosemary and bake for 20 minutes at 190°C/375°C.
6. Mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and mustard. Serve the kebabs with sauce.
