Puff pastry meatloaf: a delicious main dish for the whole family!

INGREDIENTS
• 120g bread
• 200ml/7oz milk
• 800g ground-beef
•2 eggs
• 100g/0.7cup grated parmesan
• salt
• pepper
•nutmeg
• 100g Prague ham
• 150g/1cup mozzarella
• 1 roll of rectangular puff pastry
• 1 yolk
 
METHOD
  1. Soak the bread in milk. Squeeze. Add ground meat, salt, pepper, nutmeg, 2 eggs, parmesan and mix.
  2. On the sheet of parchment paper put the ground-meat in the form of a rectangular shape. Put the ham and cheese. Form a roll. Roll the roll in puff pastry. Grease with the yolk. Bake in the oven at 180 ° / 350 ° F for 30-35 minutes.
