SPINACH PUFF PASTRY ROLLS: these rustic dishes are amazing!

INGREDIENTS
260g of spinach
130g (1/2 cup) of ricotta
15g (2 1/2 tbsp) of parmesan
Salt
Nutmeg
1 roll of puff pastry
Egg for egg wash
White sesame seeds
Black sesame seeds
METHOD
1. Blanch the spinach for about 3 minutes in a pot with boiling water. Remove from the heat.
2. In a bowl add the ricotta, blanched spinach, parmesan, salt, and nutmeg and mix to combine.
3. Unroll the puff pastry on a cutting board cut it into half and spread the prepared filling on both halves.
4. Brush the rolls with the egg and roll the two rectangles into the two rolls.
5. Sprinkle the rolls with the white and black sesame seeds and cut them to obtain rolls.
6. Transfer the rolls to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake in oven at 200Β°C/392Β°F for 20 minutes.
7. Serve the puff pastry rolls on a serving dish and enjoy.
