PRALINE ALMONDS: how to make them at home with just 3 ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
220g of almonds
220g (1 cup) of sugar
120ml (1/2 cup) of water
METHOD
1. In a non-stick pan add the almonds, sugar, and water and mix on low heat with the wooden spoon. At some point the sugar will start to solidify, becoming sandy. Continue to mix well and remove the pan from the heat the sugar becomes solid and the almonds are caramelized.
2. Place a baking paper on a tray and arrange the prepared almonds. Let them cool.
3. Store the praline almonds in a jar. Serve them in a bowl and enjoy.
