Caramel and chocolate pralines: the irresistible recipe with no oven needed

Ingredients:
200 g of milk chocolate
100 ml of whipping cream
140 g of dry biscuits
50 g of roasted peanuts
5 g of cocoa powder
Chopped hazelnut
Caramel
Directions:
1. Mix chocolate and cream, then melt in the microwave.
2. Blend to combine all of the ingredients.
3. Finely chop the biscuits, then add chopped peanuts and cocoa powder.
4. Now stir in the chocolate batter.
5. Shape dough with your hands into some balls (about 20 g each).
6. Coat them with chopped hazelnuts.
7. Make a hole in the middle of each praline and fill with caramel.
8. Now cover with some melted chocolate.
9. Let cool in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
