Christmas almond cookies

Ingredients:
150 g of almonds
250 g of cake flour
2 eggs
130 g of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
8 g of baking powder
Almond extract
100 g of soft butter
Assorted candies

Directions:
1. Finely blend almonds, then mix them into the flour. Also add eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, almond extract, baking powder and butter.
2. Knead, wrap the dough and let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3. Flatten the dough using a rolling pin on a floured work surface.
4. Shape the stars using a cookie cutter and place them in a tray coated with baking paper.
5. Crumble the candies and place them in the middle of the star to fill the cookies.
6. Bake in a pre-heated ven at 18’° for 15-20 minutes.
