Almond brittle: the homemade recipe for a delicious almond candy!

It's a great dessert to bring to a holiday party!
INGREDIENTS

250g sugar
250g almonds
1 tbs lemon juice
40ml water
10ml vegetable oil
METHOD
1. Roast the almonds for 5 minutes at 180°C.
2. Put the sugar with water, vegetable oil, and lemon juice in a pan.
3. Add the almonds and cook for 5/8 minutes.
4. Pour the mixture into a baking sheet and let it cool!
