Almond crunchy bars: the traditional crunchy and delicious Christmas sweet!

Ready with 3 ingredients and super easy to make!

INGREDIENTS

270g (2 cups) almonds

130g (1 cup) sugar

40g (2 tbsp) honey

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
Put almonds on the baking tray and bake for 7-10 minutes.
Brush a piece of parchment paper with some oil.
In a non-sticking pan, melt a cup of sugar over medium heat. When sugar becomes brown and liquid, add honey and stir quickly.
Add baked almonds to the pan and stir until well coated in glaze.
Quickly transfer this mixture onto the half of baking paper, cover with the remaining piece, roll out the mixture with a rolling pin, and let cool completely.
Cut into bars, serve and enjoy!
