Almond cake: soft and irresistible!

Here's how to make a fluffy cake without the oven!
INGREDIENTS
1 Egg

8g (2 tsp) of Vanilla sugar
40g (3 tbsp) of Sugar
4 tbsp (1/4 cup) of Oil
100g (1/2 cup) of Vanilla yogurt
4 tbsp (1/4 cup) of Milk
150g (1 cup) of Flour
8g (1/2 tbsp) of Baking powder
Butter
Almond slices
Apricot jam
Mint leaf
METHOD
- In a bowl add the egg, vanilla sugar, sugar and mix well until sugar dissolves.
- Add the oil, vanilla yogurt and mix again. Add milk and sift flour and baking powder over a bowl. Mix everything well until it thickens.
- Grease the pan with butter and add the almond slices. Spread the batter evenly with a spatula, cover with a lid and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Spread the apricot jam and decorate with a mint leaf.
