Almond cake: soft and irresistible!

Here's how to make a fluffy cake without the oven! 

INGREDIENTS

1 Egg
8g (2 tsp) of Vanilla sugar
40g (3 tbsp) of Sugar
4 tbsp (1/4 cup) of Oil
100g (1/2 cup) of Vanilla yogurt
4 tbsp (1/4 cup) of Milk
150g (1 cup) of Flour
8g (1/2 tbsp) of Baking powder
Butter
Almond slices
Apricot jam
Mint leaf

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add the egg, vanilla sugar, sugar and mix well until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the oil, vanilla yogurt and mix again. Add milk and sift flour and baking powder over a bowl. Mix everything well until it thickens.
  3. Grease the pan with butter and add the almond slices. Spread the batter evenly with a spatula, cover with a lid and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Spread the apricot jam and decorate with a mint leaf.
