Marble donut: a soft and light cake with an irresistible scent!

Here's a simple method to make an incredible cake in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
170g (2/3 cup) sugar
100ml (6 tbsp+2 tsp) milk
170ml (2/3 cup) vegetable oil
30g (2 tbsp) yogurt
220g (1 1/4 cup) flour
20g (2 tbsp) cocoa
5g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
10g (2 tsp) baking powder
Melted chocolate (for decoration, optional)
Chopped hazelnuts (for decoration, optional)
METHOD
- In a bowl whisk eggs with sugar. Add oil and milk and whisk to combine. Add yogurt and stir well.
- Stir in sifted flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
- Pour half of the batter into a separate bowl and set aside. Add cocoa powder to the remaining batter and mix until smooth.
- Place a glass in the middle of a cake form.
- Alternate spoonfuls of vanilla and chocolate batter into the pan until you use all batter.
- Insert a wooden skewer in the batter and make horizontal lines to create a marbled pattern.
- Pour some water into the glass and bake in the preheated to 180°C/360°F oven for 25-30 minutes.
- When baked, let cool a bit, take the glass out and remove the donut from the mold.
- Decorate with melted chocolate and chopped nuts (optional).
