Stuffed focaccia: soft and with an irresistible scent!

The result will leave you everyone speechless! 
 
INGREDIENTS
650g (5 1/4 cups) flour
2 tsp salt
7g dry yeast
2 tsp dried herbs
1 tbsp sugar
400ml (1 3/4 cups) water
Olive oil
Walnuts
Rosemary
Salami
Cherry tomatoes
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together water, yeast, and sugar add flour, salt, and dried yeast. Mix the dough cover it and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Drizzle baking pan with olive oil, sprinkle with olives, cherry tomatoes, walnuts, rosemary, also put cups and parchment paper balls onto it. Cover it with dough and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 30 minutes.
  3. Turn over the focaccia and bake for another 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with salami, cheese, and olives.
