Stuffed focaccia: soft and with an irresistible scent!

The result will leave you everyone speechless!
INGREDIENTS
650g (5 1/4 cups) flour
2 tsp salt
7g dry yeast
2 tsp dried herbs
1 tbsp sugar
400ml (1 3/4 cups) water
Olive oil
Walnuts
Rosemary
Salami
Cherry tomatoes

METHOD
- In a bowl mix together water, yeast, and sugar add flour, salt, and dried yeast. Mix the dough cover it and refrigerate overnight.
- Drizzle baking pan with olive oil, sprinkle with olives, cherry tomatoes, walnuts, rosemary, also put cups and parchment paper balls onto it. Cover it with dough and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 30 minutes.
- Turn over the focaccia and bake for another 15 minutes.
- Serve with salami, cheese, and olives.
