Spoon focaccia: soft and fragrant, ready in the oven!

You only need a tablespoon to make a great focaccia in just 25 minutes! 
 
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
120ml (1/2 cup) milk
3 tbsp of olive oil
10 tbsp (120g) flour
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
10g of baking powder
100g of cooked ham
100g of smoked Provola
Sesame seeds

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together eggs with milk, baking powder, and oil, add in grated Parmesan and flour.
  2. Transfer 1/2 of the prepared mixture to the pan and add ham and cheese, top with the rest of the prepared mixture, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
