Olive Rosemary Italian Focaccia: quick and easy!

Learn how to make a soft, and fluffy focaccia at home!
 
INGREDIENTS
• 450 g of flour
• 400 ml of water
• 1 tsp of salt
• 2 tsp sugar
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 7g of yeast
 
For filling:
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 tbsp of olive oil
• Rosemary fresh
• Black olives
• cherry tomatoes
 
METHOD
1. First, add flour, yeast and sugar to the bowl. Mix well.
2. Add water little by little. Add oil and salt to make a very soft dough. This dough remains very watery to make our focaccia soft and airy. Let the dough rise for about 2 hours in a warm place.
3. After the dough has risen well, transfer it to a baking sheet (oiled) with parchment paper.
4. We distribute the focaccia well and let it rise for 30 minutes.
5. After when our focaccia doubles in volume, make holes with your fingers.
6. Mix water with olive oil. Smear focaccia and add rosemary, black olives and cherry tomatoes.
7. Bake 190C/375 for about 25 minutes.
