How to make rosemary mayonnaise: easy and tasty!

A creamy, aromatic accompaniment that will go wonderfully well with meat or some home-cooked chips!
INGREDIENTS

200ml vegetable oil
rosemary
1 egg
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vinegar
a pinch of salt
METHOD
1. Combine oil and rosemary in a spall pan over low heat and cook until oil begins to sizzle, about 3 minutes.
Remove from heat to cool completely.
2.Whish the egg with oil, lemon juice, vinegar and salt until smooth.
3. Store it in the refrigerator for 5 days
