Rosemary bread in the pan: simple and appetizing!

INGREDIENTS
320g (2 ½ cups) all-purpose flour
160 ml (½ cup+2 tbsp) water
7g (½ tbsp) dry yeast
55ml (4 tbsp) olive oil
A pinch of salt
Rosemary leaves and olive oil
Vegetable oil for frying
METHOD
1. In a large bowl whisk together flour, salt, and yeast.
2. Add olive oil and warm water, then knead the dough until it comes together. Form the dough into a ball and let it rise for 1 hour. Cut the dough into 5 pieces.
3. Roll each piece into a ball.
4. Dust your working surface with a little bit of flour and roll each ball of dough into a circle.
5. Heat up vegetable oil in a skillet and cook flatbread over medium heat until bubbles start to appear on the surface. Flip the flatbread and brown it on the other side.
6. Serve flatbread drizzled with olive oil and top with rosemary.
