Meat and bread omelette: the simple recipe with a unique taste!

Just pour the egg over the egg and let's make a tasty dish in a few steps!
INGREDIENTS

1 bread
150 ml (2/3 cup) milk (to soak bread)
350 g (12 oz) minced beef
4 eggs
75 ml (1/3 cup) milk (for eggs)
120 g (1/2 cup) mozzarella, shredded
10 g (2 tsp) butter (to grease a pan)
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
METHOD
- Season minced beef with salt and pepper and mix, set aside.
- In a bowl whisk eggs with milk and a pinch of salt.
- Grease oven-safe skillet or pan with butter.
- Slice a bread. Pour 150 ml of milk into a bowl and dip each bread slice in it.
- Arrange soaked bread slices at the bottom of the pan and top each slice with a spoon of seasoned meat.
- Pour beaten eggs into the pan.
- Bake at the preheated to 180C/360F oven for 35-40 minutes.
- When the time is up and eggs are set, take the omelette out of the oven and sprinkle it with shredded mozzarella.
- Return the pan back to the oven for 5 minutes more.
- When the cheese is melted, divide between plates and enjoy.
