Bread omelette: perfectly suitable to serve as breakfast or snack!

One of the quickest & delicious egg bread breakfast sandwich recipes to make!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
• 2 bread slices
• 3 eggs
• 1 red onion, chopped
• 1 green chili, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp parsley
• 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
• 1 pinch of turmeric
• salt
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
METHOD
- Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add turmeric, salt and pepper and mix
- Add onions, green chilies and parsley. Divide the omelette mixture into 2 parts.
- Oil the pan (1 tablespoon), fry the bread until golden brown on both sides.
- Add the rest of the oil. Pour the omelet into the pan
- Put it in the center of the omelet, wrap all the edges and serve.
