Bread omelette: a unique and very easy recipe to prepare!

If you have some stale bread, this is the most delicious way to reuse it! 
 
INGREDIENTS
3 Eggs
50ml (1/5 cup) Milk
4g (1 tsp) Salt
Mozzarella
Baked ham
Bread slices

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix eggs with milk and salt. Cover the bread slices with that mixture and put them on an oiled pan.
  2. Pour the rest of the mixture over it and cook on low heat covered.
  3. When it is cooked, flip it and put the baked ham and mozzarella on it. Cook it for a little bit and then serve.
