Tomato bread: easy, unique and delicious!

Blend a tomato and pour it over the flour to make delicious bread in no-time!
INGREDIENTS

2 tomatoes
Water
2 eggs
250g (2 cups) Flour
2 tbsp of sugar
10g of fresh yeast
Egg yolk
METHOD
- Pour boiling water onto the tomatoes with incisions, then peel them and cut into slices. Add two eggs and blend well. Mix with flour, sugar and yeast. Let it rest for 1 hour.
- Cut the dough into slices and roll them. Braid every two pieces. Spread with egg yolk.
- Bake at 170°C (340’F) for 25 minutes.
