Gratin tomatoes: for a light and quick dinner!

A delicious side dish that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS
6 Tomatoes
60g (6 tbsp) Breadcrumbs
60g (6 tbsp) Parmesan
Basil
Garlic
Oil
4g (1 tsp) Salt
METHOD
INGREDIENTS
6 Tomatoes
60g (6 tbsp) Breadcrumbs
60g (6 tbsp) Parmesan
Basil
Garlic
Oil
4g (1 tsp) Salt
METHOD
- Cut the tomatoes and crave them. Place them in a pan.
- In a bowl add bread crumbs, parmesan, salt, chopped basil, minced garlic, oil, and water. Mix it and fill the tomatoes.
- Bake them at 190C for 15 minutes. Serve.
