Cabbage rolls with tomato sauce: for a quick and delightful dinner!

INGREDIENTS
500g Chinese cabbage
200g (1.3 cup) minced meat
100g (0.5 cup rice
1 onion
1 yellow bell pepper
1 carrot
Vegetable oil for frying
Garlic
10g (2 tsp) tomato paste
6g (1 tsp) salt
2g (1 tsp) black pepper
Parsley
300ml (10.1oz) tomato sauce
METHOD
- Divide the Chinese cabbage into leaves, pour boiling water, cover and leave to stand for 15 minutes.
- Pour boiling water over 100 g of rice, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Chop onion, bell pepper, grated the carrot. Heat the oil and add the onion, paprika and carrot. Add the crushed garlic cloves, and then the tomato sauce.
- When the vegetables have softened, pour it over the minced meat, then add the softened rice and mix everything.
- Fill a cabbage leaf with 1.5 tbsp of a mixture of vegetables, rice and minced meat.
- Wrap as shown in the video and place in a baking dish.
- When you have filled the baking dish with rolls, sprinkle with tomato sauce.
- Cover the parchment with paper and foil.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 220°C.
