Cabbage rolls: the good solution for an alternative dinner!

So easy to make, they're perfect for a delicious dinner!

INGREDIENTS

1 Chinese cabbage

500g Ground Pork

2 Potatoes

1 Onion

6 Garlic cloves

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper

30g (5 tbsp) Breadcrumbs

For the frying:

Oil

Cornstarch

1 egg

Breadcrumbs

METHOD

Remove the leaves from the cabbage and add them to the boiling water for about 2-3 minutes.
Cut the remaining leaves into small pieces, add salt and massage the leaves to remove the water from them.
In a bowl add meat, garlic, onion, chopped leaves, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs and mix it with a spatula.
Add potatoes and mix it again.
Add vegetable oil into the pan and fry the mixture.
Spread the leaves and add the mixture into it to create a rolls
Cover the rolls with cornstarch, egg, breadcrumbs and fry in deep hot oil.
